The Old Forge Microbrewery - Radnor Arms Coleshill SN6 7PR 01793 861575
About Us

The Old Forge Microbrewery was opened in June 2010 in an outbuilding of The Radnor Arms, a family run pub in the beautiful National Trust village of Coleshill.

A competition was run in the pub for locals to name the brewery and beers.
The Old Forge Brewery was named by Dan Radusin and Alex Madden.
The beers were named by the following people: Anvil Ale - Dennis Taylor, Sledgehammer - Robert Marchant, Hammer & Tongs - Steve & Lorraine Devlin, Blacksmith's Gold - Andy Witcher.

The building was originally a blacksmiths, and was converted to a pub in 1949. Many of the Old Smithy tools remain as features along with a fantastic fireplace and horseshoes adorning the walls.

Taken on by Alan Watkins in March 2010, the Radnor Arms strives to be the quintessential British country pub.

The Radnor Arms is the main outlet in Oxfordshire for The Old forge Brewery, and all of the ales brewed are available both in the pub and to buy in bottles, 20L & 10L Bag in the Box as well as Firkins.

Alan and his mother Valerie have another very successful micro-brewery in Lechlade called The Halfpenny Brewery based at The Crown Inn.
